Simon Pomfret - Managing Director Simon has been the managing director of Spirals for five years. Prior to this he was a senior manager for fifteen years with a large county council. He has been responsible for large, complex and politically sensitive projects both as a manager and a consultant. Simon specialises in diagnostic consultancy and transforming underperforming services as well as bringing about and responding to the government's modernisation agenda.
David Elverson - Commercial Director As well as being responsible for the growth and business development of Spirals, David also leads on consultancy projects specialising in marketing, the commercialisation of the public sector, research and Local Strategic Partnerships. Prior to joining Spirals David ran a marketing consultancy firm that worked with many public sector organisations and before that was a senior manager with a large county council.
Anna Graves - Senior Consultant Anna has eighteen years of local government experience at a large county council and also as a Strategic Director at a city council. Her portfolio of services included Planning and Transportation, Economic Development, Property and Asset Management and Environmental Services. Anna specialises in inspiring and leading teams, achieving successful partnerships with diverse stakeholders, delivering complex programmes and projects, innovative delivering of change and adding value, with a strong customer focus.
Ian Lambert - Senior Consultant Ian will be heading up Spirals services for elected members as well as adding his experience and expertise to other services that Spirals offer. He has a wealth of experience and expertise in Member Development and Scrutiny, two growing areas of the Spirals portfolio. He also has senior level management experience in the public sector, enabling him to understand clients and share his experience as a senior manager as well as a consultant. Ian also has a strong background in strategic policy development, service planning and managing a large public facing service.
Ian is using these skills and experience across a range of Spirals clients, including local authorities, the NHS and the Third Sector, to help them improve their strategic planning and service delivery.
Keith Williams - Senior Consultant Keith specialise in transforming organisations. He has over 30 years industry and consulting experience transforming private and public sector organisations in the UK and internationally. Major clients served have included Rolls-Royce Aerospace, BT, Philips, Ford, EDS, KOC and the UK Government (MoD, DWP and Dti/SDA).

Keith is also the chief examiner for the Certified Change Leader qualification Jane Clarke - Training Manager Jane heads up our learning and development division, ensuring our learning activites result in changed behaviour and outcomes for our clients. Prior to joining Spirals Jane was a training consultant for a County Council and before that a senior manager with Marks and Spencer Tracy Banham - Office Co-ordinator Tracy manages the day to day running of the office, looking after invoicing, supplies and acts as Simon's PA. She is the best person to contact to arrange work for Simon. Jackie Walters - Training Co-ordinator Jackie runs the training function ensuring the right trainer arrives at the right venue with the right resources and equipment. Jackie also helps on the business development side, putting her many years experience as a business development manager in the travel industry to good use.
