Wih over 22 years experience
Simon has been responsible for a wide range of large, complex and politically sensitive transformation programmes. Over his career Simon has shown strategic thinking, pragmatic leadership and creative thinking to create new organisations, partnerships and teams. After finishing his MBA Simon founded Spirals in 2002 to fill a gap in the market for a medium size professional transformation practice. He is currently the Managing Director and runs the eastern office.
Simon has a reputation for delivering challenging outcomes. He specialises in diagnostic consultancy, transforming underperforming services and project management. He also helps clients to embed cultural change within organisations and has the ability to develop people to help them realise their full potential. He regularly helps clients to build capability by delivering coaching and training to a wide range of professionals.

Over 30 years industry and consulting experience transforming private and public sector organisations in the uk and internationally. Major clients Keith has worked with include Rolls Royce Aerospace, BT, Philips, Ford, EDS, KOC and the UK Government (MoD, DWP, and Dti/SDA).
Keith is also the chief examiner for the Certified Change Leader qualification.

With over 20 years experiece Tom is a seasoned sales management professional. Tom oversees all commercial activites across Spirals and ensures the customer gets what they asked for. He has held a variety of senior level sales management and product specialist roles at Experian, INFOGroup and DowJones. He has been responsible for a significant number of high profile sales engagements including the implementation of procurement intelligence and risk capability at the Ministry of Defense and the company wide deployment of a sales intelligence solution at Barclays Bank.
Tracy Banham - Finance & Office Co-ordinator
Tracy helps to manage the day to day running of the Spirals head office. Tracy looks after the company's finances and invoicing, and acts as Simon's PA. Tracy was also Spirals' first employee back in 2005.
Jules Surtees - Subject Matter Expert

With over 20 years experience Jules has a strong track record in delivering leadership, management development, sales training, negotiation skills, presentation skills, train the trainer and team building courses. She is extremely proud of her track record in delivering courses for the Healthcare sector, NHS, Financial Services, Armed Service, the Pharmaceutical industry and Kent Police.
Jules has a particular interest in NLP (neuro linguistic programming) and is a Master Practitioner and certified Trainer of NLP. Her passion is developing individuals and teams with a particular focus on human behaviour and communication and how to bring out best performance in others.
Graham Bosman - Subject Matter Expert

Over 25 years experience in directing and managing strategic business change and capital investment in various challenging environments. Graham is a professional programme and project leader.
The transfer of skills is an integral part of Graham's work as he believes the development of individual capability is key to enabling client organisations to build programme and project management expertise to sustainable levels. He has worked with many organisations in the role of mentor, coach and tutor, including developing and delivering project management development programmes for Project Directors and Project Managers in Mott MacDonald.
Graham is an associate consultant of Cranfield University and a visiting lecturer in programme and project management at Imperial College. He is an active volunteer of the Cranfield Trust and has supported a number of charities with the development of best business practice and skills.

Jamie has over 20 years consulting experience and has developed a wide range of techniques to support transformation, including strategy and visioning workshops, voice of the customer research, busiess modelling using spreadsheets and dashboards, business process re-engineering, activity analysis, priority based planning and budgeting and milestone planning.
Jamie is an experienced interim senior manager and management consultant with extensive experience in both the NHS and Social Enterprises.
David Elverson – Subject Matter Expert
David has three years consultancy experience and supports the team on assignments specialising in marketing, commercialisation of the public sector, Local Strategic Partnerships and research.
Prior to working with Spirals David ran his own marketing consultancy firm and prior to this was a manager with a large county council. He currently works with a local training company. Jeff Clarke - Subject Matter Expert
With over 30 years experience in the public sector Jeff has developed a successful approach based around good delegation, staff development, vision, leadership and team building, all based around respect and equality. As a senior manager, he focussed on corporate strategic management, performance, project and resource management. As a professional planner, he has sound, extensive experience in: development planning; policy and master planning; development management and regeneration. He also has wider skills including conserving the historic and rural environment and acting as an expert witness.
Jeff focuses on strategic thinking, visioning, change, transformation and has a flair for design, communication and presentation using good computing skills.
Jeff’s home interests include painting, photography, sailing, walking, playing music and local history.
Frances Kemp - Subject Matter Expert
Frances has over 30 years of experience in public sector research, policy development, planning and management with 12 years at a senior management level, most recently with a focus on partnership development, performance and strategic commissioning as an Assistant Director in Children's Services.
She also has corporate experience as the Executive Assistant to the previous Chief Executive of Norfolk County Council. Frances has worked at a strategic level with health and voluntary sectors and with local authority Leaders and other Members.
