Commercialising a Science Council
Spirals undertook an initial review of the commercialisation processes and capability for one of the six UK Science Council's. Due to budgetary pressures, commercialisation is viewed as an avenue that more needs to be made of reduce cuts in other areas and to ensure the council is achieving value for its work.
Our review involved analysis of the tools, processes and capabilities of the council and our recommendations are now being implemented.
