Eastex
Eastex are a material exchange partnership set up by the local authorities of the East of England from development agency money.
Spirals were asked to work with Eastex to produce a marketing and business plan to turn the venture into a sustainable business once the funding from EEDA finished.
The resulting plan and additional coaching support has resulted in Eastex exceeding the business plan by securing major deals with the London Decvelopment Agency and two major proviate sector companies.
