Spirals commissioned to undertake training service review

Spirals have been commissioned to undertake a review of a training service provided by a large NHS body. The work will include high level strategic research to indentify best practice, and diagnostics to answer fundamental questions about the service. The final report will include a series of recommendations including options to increase value for money and identified opportunities for cost saving and income development.
