Client reveals further savings generated as a result of Spirals

During January 2009 Spirals undertook a piece of work for an NHS foundation trust to look at its estate and facilities department. The original savings Spirals found were just under £1 million, which the trust then reinvested. Spirals have since learnt that as a result of this the trust has saved a further £1 million.
