Spirals - helping to tackle worklessness in North East Lincolnshire (NEL)

We have just been commissioned to undertake an important and high profile piece of work in North East Lincolnshire.  We have been commissioned to deliver the following four outcomes for the Local Strategic Partnership:

  1. The nature of the problem in NEL – the story behind the baseline
  2.  A Vision for the future with a performance framework for measuring progress
  3.  A 10 year strategy and a short to medium term delivery plan for economic well being in North East Lincolnshire
  4.  A commissioning framework to guide the investment of resources, our ‘prospectus for change’

    We are very excited by this piece of work as it is a chance to apply our research, strategy and vision development skills in innovative ways to deliver real outcomes that everyday people on the street will see.
