Spirals commissioned as subject matter experts by prestigious scientific research council.

In October 2008 Spirals was commissioned as subject matter experts to give an external view on Estate services and IT within a large and prestigious scientific research council.
Spirals work was part of a larger transformation programme aimed at developing a ‘blueprint’ for a newly formed organisation. Spirals brief was to help the thinking around infrastructure support and to suggest possible lines of enquiry.
Alongside this work Spirals developed deliverables and a cost effective methodology for the next stage.
