Spirals move Planning Department Forward

We recently received this testimonial from a client of a County Council Planning Department
"We were struggling with our own processes and allowing ourselves to be overrun by planning applications. Morale was low and there was dissent within the team. Spirals came in and very quickly unpicked the problems and identified some key issues which fundamentally needed addressing to move the team from its dark place. Some difficult conversations needed to be had, but Spirals did not shirk away from giving the ‘hard word’ or from the reaction that followed. We needed to move forward and with Spirals’ support we did. A performance improvement plan was developed and agreed and, most importantly, owned by everyone in the team.
Spirals continued involvement helped to project manage the improvements and provide invaluable coaching and support to key staff through the change process.
