Spirals asked to carry out extra work by prestigious science research council

Spirals have been asked to carry out further consultancy work with a prestigious science and technology research council following previous work undertaken.
Spirals will now provide advice on the development of their Asset Management plan as well as benchmark Estate expenditure to see how they stand in comparison to similar size organisations, taking into account the age and condition of the Estate stock.
