Spirals Transforming District Council Property Services

Spirals has been working with North Norfolk Disctrict Council to find ways to make a real step change in the performance of the Property Services Department.
For the last few months we have been undertaking a diagnostic review of the service, looking at their people, processes and projects. The report identified a number of areas where some real improvement could be made and Spirals has just been invited to work with the council on a medium term to bring about the improvements and changes that have been identified.
