Who should attend?

There is no entry requirement for the programme as everyone will benefit from the hands on and practical nature of the programme.  It will take people to the next level what ever their current experience may be.  The programme has been designed with the following people in mind.

  • Managers with no previous leadership training.
  • Managers who would like some time to reflect on their role and learn some new techniques to make them more effective.

    An opportunity to develop and practice skills in both whole team and individual communication linked to both motivation and delegation.
