Strategic Review

A strategic review is a diagnostic review to understand the current state of a department, service or organisation.  It typically takes a strategic and fundamental look at the organisation and identifies options for change.

The work usually involves workshops, one-to-one interviews, analysis or performance information and research.

Our style is to work with team during this process, embedding learning with them and developing their ownership of future change.
